In this video I'm sharing the results of a 30 day elliptical challenge that I set for myself last month.
For a really long time I've wanted to have an elliptical at home and when we finally bought one, I decided to use it every day for a month as a way to get back into the habit of working out consistently and getting closer to my fitness goals.
I'm generally really happy with the way that I look and feel, but wanted to be more toned and in better shape overall and I'm really happy with the results of this mini-fitness journey.
My main goal was to create the habit of getting some movement every day mainly for my health.
