I just wanted to say sorry for not getting my video out on Wednesday like I had promised before, but after careful consideration, Chris and I have decided that we are not going to adhere to Wednesday as strictly and we are just going to make sure that we get at least one video out per week.
As I become more experienced in doing these videos and am able to be more on a schedule, I hope to go back to strictly Wednesday, but for now, I hope this is ok!

This is a pretty typical day for me, I literally eat the same breakfast every day.
I know not everyone likes eggs and cheese as much as I do though 😂 After watching this back, I realize this day was very Velveeta heavy...

I also used skim milk and half and half so it cut the fat content down so much that it just wasn’t as good as it would have been otherwise.
