The Workout Regimen That Powered Sydney Simpson’s Weight Loss

I have been on one form or another of acid reflux medication for roughly 15 years.

As part of my keto health transformation, nothing would make me happier than to get off of all medications and be free of the chronic ailments that have been plaguing me for years.

I decided I'd give it a try for 30 days.

I had switched from Omeprazole to Pantoprazole a number of years ago.

After being keto for a while, I reduced from 40mg/day to 20mg/day.

When I started the ACV at the beginning of this 30 day experiment, I stopped Pantoprazole completely.
